Edward Sylvan took $39000.00 in bank drafts and wire transfers August 2016 from Michelle Faye Phaneuf and said he would pay it back in 3 days. Almost 1 year later - she now has a court ordered judgment in BritshColumbia and he still has not paided it back. Edward Sylvan is a scam artist pretending he needs money for his business and just uses that as a front to get money from women to live his fairytale life.
