Mr. Ikkee Battle, officer of Silau LLC, is shareholder of $SEGI and a long-time friend of Mr. Edward Sylvan.

The officer of SILAU LLC, Mr. Edward Sylvan, was also the CEO of Sycamore Entertainment Group from 2016 to 2019. He resigned as owner of Silau LLC in 2019.

Silau LLC has lend money to Sycamore Entertainment Group Inc. For not less than 2 years in a current amount of $302,952. The company SILAU LLC does not have a website or any other publicly available information. There is no transparency on their service, their revenue and why SILAU is able to lend money in such a high amount to another company.

Silau LLC did not renew their State Business License by the expiration date in February 2021. The business has been in the Nevada business status default list as it has failed to submit their annual list or annual report along with the applicable fees by the due date.

Since February 2022, Silau LLC business license got revoked by the Secretary of the state Nevada. A revoked entity loses “the right to transact business” under Nevada statute.

Revoked means: Fees have not been paid for over a year.

If the charter of a corporation is revoked and the right to transact business is forfeited…all the property and assets of the defaulting domestic corporation must be held in trust by the directors of the corporation as for insolvent corporations, and the same proceedings may be had with respect thereto as are applicable to insolvent corporations.

It mean, technically Silau LLC was not allowed to transact any business from February 2022 on.

However, Silau LLC has paid several invoices on behalf of Sycamore Entertainment Group and has lent Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. money.

The company SILAU LLC is involved in a lawsuit of ALL N SPORTS SERVICES LLC DBA CORE SPORTS VS SYCAMORE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC.

In the investigation it was discovered that the company SILAU LLC has send a wire transfer in the amount of $1,500,000 to ALL N SPORTS SERVICES LLC. SILAU LLC has a bank account at Chase Bank. Chase bank reported that there are continuous money transactions on the bank account belonging to SILAU LLC.
